Since opening its doors in 2013, Dublin’s most unique barbecue restaurant ASADOR has swiftly led the way in bringing a distinctive style of cooking to the capital.
ASADOR promises guests an authentic dining experience using traditional fire-based cooking methods combined with modern techniques. Taking centre stage in the restaurant is their bespoke 7 foot ASADOR grill which cooks foods on fires of oak and apple woods, with maple and hickory chips for intense flavour.
Across menus, guests can expect lunch and dinner favourites including the Adobo Rubbed Pork “stick”, Beef Carpaccio, BBQ Cote de Boeuf, and a range of signature succulent steaks. Ensuring something for everyone, there’s also an array of BBQ dishes in ASADOR’s “from the sea” offering.
Providing the ultimate treat, the ASADOR in-house mixologists are on hand to stir up the perfect cocktail or detox smoothie which can be enjoyed on the eateries spacious outdoor terrace.
