The Tayto Cafe - Dublin Visitor Centre

The Tayto Cafe

Crisp (potato chip) sandwich anyone?

Just for kicks the lovely folks over at Tayto, Ireland’s number one crisp (that’s potato chip to you) producer, have set up their very first crisp sandwich shop on Wicklow Street! Yep, the soon to be world famous Irish crisp sandwich is now available, for a limited time only so be among the first to say you’ve been to the Tayto Cafe! Some of the team enjoyed one of their €2 crisp sambos (sambo is Dublin speak for sandwich for those of you who don’t know) for lunch – €1 goes to charity! – and, aside from coming back covered in crisp crumbs, brought with him a Tayto t-shirt, a cup and other Tayto goodies. Aidan over at Lovin’ Dublin also stopped by and wrote this wonderful little review  but remember get in quick as this pop up café is only here until St. Patrick’s Day!
