Four Themed Dublin Brunches This March

A good brunch will brighten up anyone’s day.

From Thai/Vietnamese to 90s hip hop, we have selected a quartet of options to choose from and some of them will surely tickle your fancy. These Dublin brunches are not to be missed.

We’ve put together a list of four of these aforementioned brunches for you to read at your leisure.

1. 90s Hip Hop Lunch

For all of you who appreciate 90s hip hop music, why not take yourself down memory lane and relive some of your favourite tunes while having a delicious lunch to boot? #OldSklBrunch claim to be Dublin’s most nostalgic brunch party, and we look forward to testing that theory.

It will take place in Bow Lane in Aungier Street from 12pm to 8pm on Sunday 15 March. Many events taking place on the day include a lip-sync battle, a prize for best dressed, live DJs as well as 90s and 00s props. Guests are of course encouraged to dress accordingly but it is not a necessity.

3. St. Patrick’s Day – Hip Hop Meets Brunch

”When St Patrick wasn’t out banishing shnakes he spent his time getting lit at brunch with his homies while listening to some sick hip-hop beats”

We’re not sure how we feel about that, but anyway.

This brunch takes place in Opium on Wexford Street on Saturday, March 14 and will consist of Hip Hop and Grime tracks, modern and old school. Tickets include entry, 1 brunch meal, 1 hour of bottomless Mimosas, music and more. Get your ticket here.

On Tuesday, March 17, you can head on down to Wexford Street to Opium for a second time if you wish, and have a very different type of brunch.

A Viatnamese/Thai inspired affair, this brunch will consist of a delectable offering of the best Vietnam and Thailand have to offer. The food will be paired with a delicious Tanqueray Sevilla cocktail, coupled with bottomless mimosas.
