Good for you – good for the planet!
Interest in veganism is soaring, especially among millennials! 2019 was set to be the ‘Year of the vegan’. Veganic, first and only all-vegan grocery store, just arrived in Dublin to keep up with the trend and offer a wider range of products to plant-based diet lovers!
Located in St. Stephen’s Green area shop, offers meat and dairy alternatives, organic plant-based cosmetics, and a zero-waste selection with products to help you cut down on plastic!
They say themselves: ‘We are organic enthusiast’s, vegans, flexitarians, zero waste practitioners and omnivores working to reduce their meat consumption. We cater for vegetarians, pescetarian’s, coeliacs and anyone with an interest in quality food.
What we all have in common is that we want to help people eat in a more sustainable and healthy manner. Positive for the person and positive for the living environment around us’.
Are you ready to get on board?

Here’s some #mondaymotivation for a delicious healthy lunch or dinner. Make your own baked beans ! We have new organic baguettes here for dipping !! That way you can balance the flavours and avoid all the added salt and sugar in a regular old tin.. and of course feel good eating plant based! #organic #vegan so the ingredients I use are : tin of borlotti beans, tin of butter beans, Tamari, sweetener of choice (agave or maple), miso paste, garlic and onion powder, smoked paprika, chilli (optional) , tomato passata. Salt and pepper to taste. The steps are : rinse the beans, put in a pot, add enough passata to cover and then a bit extra. Bring to a simmer add 1 tsp of each spice, 1 tbs agave, 1 tsp miso, 1tbs Tamari. Simmer until they thicken slightly.. season with salt and pepper as desired and serve in a big bowl with sourdough for dipping. #YUM #vegan #Veganicdublin #plantbased #plantprotein #whatveganseat #healthy #mindfulness #organic
