A Creme Egg Café Is Coming To Dundrum

The annual Creme Egg campaign is almost upon us.

Although Easter Sunday takes place on the 12th of April this year, there is ample time to enjoy your favourite sugary treat before the fun begins.

Don’t worry. I’ll do my best to refrain from using any cringey egg puns.

To celebrate this year’s campaign, Cadbury’s are opening up a specially made café which will remain open for a period between February 27th and March 1st. It will be located in Dundrum Town Centre.

Named ‘The Cadbury Creme Eggstra-Vision Café’, it is being launched in conjunction with Creme Egg EATertainment – the inaugural chocolate Video on Demand platform.

Rolls off the tongue.

The Creme Egg Cafe will feature a chocolatey menu combined with a visual experience. It is a ticketed event, so you will have to purchase your (free) ticket ahead of time to ensure you can take part. However, attendees are encouraged to make a donation to Aware, the national mental health charity, when booking their tickets.

Ria Rianti, Brand Manager at Mondeléz Ireland had this to say about it:

“We are really egg-cited to bring our Creme Eggstra-Vision Café to Dundrum Town Centre where we will turn the Creme Egg eating experience into EATertainment.

As well as the four days of special sittings, passers-by in Dundrum can also come in and be in with the chance to win yummy Creme Egg treats or tickets to one of the sittings.”

Tickets are available to book right now, so if this experience entices you, better move fast. Personally, I have high eggspectations.

Sorry, I couldn’t resist.
